Hi there,
Full Tilt deducts various things from the gross rake. I'm going to attach a few spreadsheets so you can see what we see.
Our stats show you a cumulative monthly rake total. However, Full Tilt pays on a weekly basis. Their "week" is Tuesday through Monday, and payments are made the following Friday. So for example, Tuesday, 11/2 through Monday, 11/8 was the last full "week" and the rakeback amounts earned during that week are paid to you today.
It does appear you had a week there with negative total rake. I'll run your last 4 week installments and save it, and I'll also do your cumulative monthly spreadsheet for October and November so you can see the rake totals and any deductions.
Looking at these stats, it appears you had $400+ deduction in "admin costs" section. That's usually deposit or withdrawal fees. Did you use an extremely expensive withdrawal or deposit method? Even though the usual player doesn't get popped with fees, if you are an affiliate (us) or a rakeback player (you), then the fees will take a bite out of your total rake, and therefore a bite out of your eventual rakeback payment.
Let me know if you have any questions after looking at the spreadsheets.
Kazkaip nelabai smagu kai nuo pacio uzdirbtu pinigeliu nuskaito 400$, ar kamnors per paskutines savaites buvo kazkas panasaus?
