You need to select the wire transfer option from the Cashier, and type the

amount in USD currency (minimum has to be USD $50), once you enter your

banking information, the system will automatically convert this amount to

Euros.

And then later i have filled same details as it was earlier (when i was

recieving wire cashouts - you could check history)

So you as the most respectable support online should be kind to recheck

this case again and payment return fee is abnormal - 18% from the

trensfering sum. Please reduce it if possible if its not my fault which im

sure.

Yes i made so (and allready made cashout 3 weeks ago) and today i recieved

email that my bank account setup was bad and i recieved my money back to

pokerstars account with debit fee 18% of sum

LT957300010017****** SWIFT: HABALT22.

You were then sent an email from my colleague Matt, advising that we

couldn't process your Wire in Dollars anymore and that your bank details

would be invalidated in order for you to re-submit the amendment of the

credit currency from USD to Euros.

However after looking at the new details you re-submitted, the IBAN is

different, you have quoted: LT55730001********36 SWIFT: HABALT22

Therefore can you confirm your IBAN in full for us please, as one of the

above may be incorrect, which will explain this return.

Well, when filling my wire account details there is "Your Bank account

number" which i used as my IBAN and it is LT957300010017******

and also there is to fill my bank information where is bank IBAN which is

LT55730001********36.

So logically money should be send to my Bank account number(IBAN) which is

LT957300010017****** not directly to the bank IBAN which is

LT55730001********36 , and seems what happened now.

I used indentically all information now and last successful WIRE cash out.

Maybe you could reconsider whose foult it was to make the transfer to the

wrong account number and compensate that fee you debited from my account.
