Maksimum ką naudosiu, tai papildus, stipriausi kurių bus carnitech/cuts. Kaip jau sakiau, šito reikalo esmė rasti pakankamai papildomos motyvacijos, kurios dabar neužtenka. Ir jau minėjau, jog tai nebus pagrindinis mano pajamų šaltinis, dėl kurio galėčiau gadintis, o ne gerinti sveikatą. Ir labai svarbu, kad man neduotų per mąstymą ir galvą, nes vis dėlto pagrindinis darbas protinis.
jei protingai ir subalansuotai sportuosi, tai ne tik kad neduos i galva tau, bet kaip tik pades galvai. nes po sporto niekad nebuna blogos nuotaikos. kaip sakoma - sveikame kune - sveika siela. po geros mankstos nusirezetina smegenys, o pokeriui ar bet kokiam protiniam darbui tai labai padeda. geresnis fokusas, atmintis, nusiteikimas ir t.t.
